What gets deleted
- Your WakePup account, profile, and settings
- Every ask you sent or received
- Your friend connections and any groups you created
- Your saved templates and recurring asks
- All OAuth integrations (Google Calendar, Google Tasks, Outlook, Notion, Todoist). We revoke the tokens with each provider as part of deletion.
- Any active subscription is cancelled at Stripe
What we keep
- Aggregated, anonymous usage counts that don't identify you (e.g., total asks per day across all users)
- Records required by law. Payment history kept by Stripe for tax and refund compliance, audit logs of moderation decisions if any.
